What you get: 1 pack of chewy and tender delicious jerky strips made from 93% lean ground beef raised here in Minnesota. Made with clean ingredients & almost zero sugar. Each package is between 2.25-2.5 oz by weight & is shelf stable (unopened) up to 1 year. Once opened, please store in refrigerator and use up within 1 week.
A drop of molasses (per lb of meat) & a bit of Allulose are added to give tenderness & flexibility so the meat treats won't be crumbly.
Ingredients: Beef, kosher salt, tomato powder, paprika, garlic powder, ground fennel, natural hickory smoke, dried oregano, dried basil, dried belle pepper powder, crushed red pepper flakes, celery juice powder, Allulose (from figs), water.
