Caribbean Jerk (single) ground chicken Jerky

What you get: 1 pack of chewy and tender delicious jerky strips made from ground chicken made with clean ingredients & almost zero sugar. Each package is between 2.25-2.5 oz by weight & is shelf stable (unopened) up to 1 year. Once opened, please store in refrigerator and use up within 1 week.

A drop of molasses (per lb of meat) & a bit of Allulose are added to give tenderness & flexibility so the meat treats won't be crumbly.

Ingredients: Chicken, kosher salt, natural hickory smoke, onion, garlic, Habanero chili powder, thyme, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, vinegar powder, sugar, blackstrap molasses, allulose, water.
