Bison (single) Low Sugar Ground Jerky
What you get: 1 pack of chewy and tender delicious jerky strips made from 90% lean ground high plains Bison. Made with clean ingredients & almost zero sugar. Each package is between 2.25-2.5 oz by weight & is shelf stable (unopened) up to 1 year. Once opened, please store in refrigerator and use up within 1 week.
A drop of molasses (per lb of meat) & a bit of Allulose are added to give tenderness & flexibility so the meat treats won't be crumbly.
Ingredients: Bison, kosher salt, natural hickory smoke, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, Allulose (from figs), cracked black pepper, paprika, and just a touch of blackstrap molasses.
